Baywatana "Without a Country"

Baywatana is a documentary exploring the religious persecution and plight of Afghan Sikh and Hindu refugees. Filmed across India, the UK, Canada, and the US, the film documents families rebuilding their lives while preserving their faith and identity. As associate director, editor, and cinematographer, I helped lead interviews, shape the visual language, and ensure each story was told with authenticity and empathy.

SEVA (Selfless, Empathetic, Virtuous, Alturistic)

In March 2020, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention declared COVID-19 a global pandemic, and the world went into lockdown, halting community gatherings and profoundly changing people’s lives. In one of the world’s darkest hours, Sikhs around the world stepped up to respond to the crisis by redefining what seva (selfless service) means to help those in need. This documentary focuses on the COVID relief efforts executed by Sikhs worldwide.

Declaration of a Revolution

The largest sustained protest ever in Indian history. Hundreds of thousands of farmers camped at the borders of Delhi, protesting against three farm bills forced on them by the Government without any consultation. This documentary takes you on a journey to meet protesting farmers and explore the parallels between this event and the US Farm Crisis in the 1980s.
